Mitchell “Mitch” Binford, age 68, of Stillwater, MN, passed away on November 11, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. Born on January 20, 1957, in Greenfield, IN, Mitch lived a life rich with love, laughter, and a deep passion for connecting with those around him.
Mitch dedicated many years to his work in the manufacturing industry, retiring from Andersen Windows in 2017. He was known not only for his skill as a factory worker but also for the camaraderie he built with his colleagues, many of whom became lifelong friends. Above all, Mitch cherished time spent with his family, creating memories that will carry their love forward.

Paula A. (Baribeau) McDonald, age 67 of Stillwater, passed away November 9, 2023. Paula is survived by her husband Mike "Slinger"; children Jason and Molly; step-daughter Kali; several grandchildren; father Russell Baribeau; sister Lavonne (Don) Saunders; and many other relatives and friends.

Duncan D. Miller Sr., aged 65, unexpectedly passed away on June 16th, 2023, in Gold Canyon, AZ. He was born on August 21st, 1957, at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, and grew up in Stillwater, MN.Duncan was preceded in death by his parents, Duane and Elizabeth, his brothers Dewey and Dana, and his sister Mary Hetler. He is survived by his domestic partner, Jodi Lynn, his sons Duncan "DJ," Corey (Orlean), Patrick (Allison), and their mother Maureen Kelly.

Paul Nesbit Johnson was born in Bordeaux, France on August 25, 1957, and died in Caldwell, Idaho on April 22, 2023 from Mental Illness.
Paul, or Wally, was an artist, craftsman, teacher, and mentor. Paul grew up in Bayport, Minnesota, and graduated from Stillwater High School in 1975. He graduated from Colorado College in 1979.

On September 21, 2022 Faith Estelle Bancroft (66), loving mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully with her four kids by her side. Faith is survived by her children, Tom Holmes, Bronson Blehm, Britta Titel and Keegan Blehm as well as grandchildren, Hendrix & Herschel Holmes, and Weston, Xander, Silas & Briggs Titel.
Faith was known as a generous, light-hearted and compassionate soul.

Bonnie Lynn “Pete” Peterson, age 64 of Stillwater, died unexpectedly in her home on July 13, 2021. She is survived by her children, Desiree (Ryan Schadt) Siggens, Jason (Lauren Stabnow) Loida; grandchildren, Lance, Jake, Marley, Piper; siblings, Terry (Carol) Peterson, Cheryl Cote; nieces and nephews, Rob, Chris, Danielle, Katie, Corey, Emily; former husbands, John Siggens, Ray Loida; fur grandpuppies, Emma, Mackabee, Maggie. Kathryn Ann (Buckley) Helland, passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2019 in Miles City, Montana. She was 63. Kathy was born in Stillwater, Minnesota on February 3, 1956 to John and Barbara Buckley. Preceded in death by her parents.
Kathy enjoyed Minnesota and all the activities that it had to offer during her time there. She talked about the good ol times when her family would spend summers at the cabin fishing, playing and swimming in the lake. Kathy eventually made her way over to Montana in her early 20s with her friend Beth.

Cindy was born in St. Paul, MN to Jeanette (Behl) Armstrong and Verlyn Armstrong on April 2, 1957. She graduated from Stillwater High School (MN) in 1974 (one year early) and worked a variety of jobs over the years including secretarial, waitressing, apartment caretaker, bartender, school bus driver and truck driver while raising her two sons, Joel and Tyler, her “greatest pride and joy”.

Stephanie K. Brewster Siler, age 53, of Menomonie, WI passed away following a battle with Kidney Cancer, on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, surrounded by her family.
The former Stephanie Kaye Brewster was born Dec. 7, 1956 in Hudson, WI to Jackson and Kathryn (Bunker) Brewster. She was raised in Afton, MN graduating from Stillwater High School in 1975. She married John Siler on Sept. 29, 1979 at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Lake St. Croix Beach, MN.

McKean, Tom Lee "Toast" Age 50 of Nashville, TN Formerly of Afton and the Twin Cities Tom was a 1975 graduate of Stillwater High School. He moved to Nashville in 1994 and worked for Hal Ketchum, Hank Williams Jr., and currently for Diamond Rio until his death August 27, 2007 of cancer complications. Preceded in death by father Grant. Survived by mother Ruth of Oak Park Heights, cousins, and many friends especially Irene Ecksel of Nashville, TN.

Died peacefully at home with his family after a courageous battle with cancer on October 18, 2005. Preceded in death by his parents, James P. Jr. and Marlene. Survived by sons, Blake J. and Joseph D. We received an email informing our class that Mike Rumpf had passed away. Michael Scott Rumpf, 11/7/56 - 10/9/05 of Stillwater was preceded in death by his father Laurence "Colonel" Rumpf. Mike had served at the Oceana Naval Air Station from 1976-1984 and had been working at Dotronix Technology, Inc.. Mike suffered a fatal heart attack in 2005. We take time to remember Randy Maher. On February 20, 1977 Randy was killed by a drunk driver in a auto accident just north of Hudson Wisconsin. The other driver was the daughter of a prominent figure in the Hudson area, There is no record of the accident on file.

Mr. Edward O. Monette of Amery, WI, age 92 formerly of Stillwater passed away on Dec. 6, 2002, and was survived by his wife Evelyn. Mr. Monette was principal of Stillwater Senior High during our tenure at high school.
